Our guild started in November of 2006, formed by a group of
friends. <SCH> is managed by the guilds original
founder Roameo, with the assistance of amazing, dedicated
leadership staff.
Passion, Perspective, and Perseverance: our guilds guiding
principles - if you don't possess these qualities, then perhaps
<SCH> is not for you.
Guilds like to bolster their server firsts or top-end raiding
rankings, however, very few possess the longevity that
<SCH> offers.
We're a effective hardcore raiding guild due to the following
factors:
* We raid only 10.5 hours a week.
* Planning and preparation are essential key components.
* We are effective with the time we have, and that's what makes us
a competitive raiding guild. This effective use of time also allows
us to spend time with our families outside of the game and enjoy
our other hobbies, outside of the World of Warcraft.
We are a mostly adult guild, and do not tolerate non-sense. You
will adhere to guild policies and procedures, and mutual respect is
a given. Everyone is held accountable, biases to friends, family,
etc. are simply not tolerated.
Last but least, we do what's best for the guild, not
for the individual.
