Guild Goals
We are a historic Heroic Raiding (now Mythic) guild on Hyjal and
are looking to add a few more highly reactive raiders to our core
raiding team. We love to raid together we just like to hanging out
together. To this end we are recruiting 1-2 strong raiders.
Ultimately we are preparing for 20-man Mythic raid team, so
competition for a spot will be high.
You must be at least 658+ ilvl at this point. Higher ilvl helps
because it means you've put the time and effort into your
goals.
In previous expansions, <Catalyst> has ranked in the top 3-4
guilds on Hyjal. Recently, we have brought back a lot of our
experienced Heroic 25-man raiders as well as bolstered our ranks
with several top notch players with the expectation of returning to
one of the top raiding guilds on our server.
Current Progression
Current Raid Times
During progression, start and end times may be adjusted slightly in
advance.
Tues, Thurs, and Mon from 7:15 - 10:15pm server
Our Expectations
Know your role – Be prepared for every fight and know how you
can min/max yourself for each new encounter.
A Good Attitude – Be ready for progression which means wipes
and frustrations.
Great Attendance – Real life does happen so let the raid leader
know ahead of time if you will be missing a raid.

Loot - We use a EPGP system with decay. This rewards people for
spending their EP sooner and allows new people to catch up
quickly
Consumables - provided by the guild
Repairs - provided by the guild
Guild Mergers
We have successfully absorbed several guilds over the years to form
a strong and cohesive <Catalyst>. If you represent a small
guild or several guild mates and think that we can have a future
