Server Maintenance Crew is a Casual Social Raiding Guild more
interested in having fun while Raiding then making a game
stressful. We are back into Raiding (after an expansion off and a
server transfer) and are looking for some good PEOPLE to come along
with us throughout our adventures. Recruitment needs are above and
will be kept as current as possible. We would like to steadily
progress through content while it is current but if we cannot it is
no big deal. Don't get us wrong we are not trying to wipe all night
but we would rather wipe all night with a group of good friends
then progress with a group of people who get way too intense while
playing.
18 years old and above only please most of us are between our mid
20s and 30s so looking for folks who can understand patience and
work well with others. We will be focusing on raiding Normal
Difficulty and moving onto Heroic once we clear Normal. If we do
well and clear Heroic we will attempt Mythic but if not than it's
fine by us.
Current Progress:
Blackrock Foundry 1/10 Normal Mode as of February 5th 2015.
Highmaul 2/7 Heroic, 6/7 Normal Mode as of Jan 27th 2015.
Raid Nights and Times
Tuesdays 7:45 pm (Invites go out) 8:00-10:45 pm (EST)
Thursdays 7:45 pm (Invites go out) 8:00-10:45 pm (EST)
What we expect:
Attendance: Be able to attend on time at least 75% of Raids.
Raid Awareness: Study strategies and videos, ensure that you do NOT
consistently cause raid wipes due to Inattentiveness.
Gear: Do YOUR best to obtain gear that will optimize your
performance. Everyone's best is different, however everyone should
be working towards getting at least full Heroic Dungeon and/or
Looking For Raid Gear when possible.
Consumables/Enchants/Gems: Ensure that you have Potions and Food
for yourself. We have Enchanters and Jewelry Crafters that can
assist you with items however you will be required to provide or
recompensate the materials.
Patience: We are a casual group and do not accept Raging,
destructive criticism or outright disrespectful/rude behavior. Some
people take more time then others to learn encounters, if you want
a bunch of Elitist and Micro managers, we are not the Raid Group
for you.
Guild Repairs: Provided and increase with Rank.
Loot System: Loot Council will be used with member's attendance
dictating much of the criteria/priority, however DEPENDING on the
item and who it can benefit most exceptions could be made.
