Solace is a 25-man raiding guild on the Illidan-US server. We
"formed" our raid team on October 1st 2013.

What to expect
Guild repairs
Players who are dedicated to their class and work to improve
themselves in it daily.
A very laid back atmosphere out of raid and a semi-hardcore mindset
during raid.
What is expected
You must be a progression focused raider with a mature attitude and
someone who isn't afraid to admit when they mess up. No
excuses.
You must be able to learn from your mistakes and grow from them. No
hand holding here.
You must be able to take criticism and use it to improve how you
play mechanically and how you play your class.
You must be prepared for progression. Do whatever research you
need, have pots/flasks/food, etc. (the guild often provides these,
but do not expect it)
As soon as raid ends you must be able to make light of things.
Tempers can get heated, but not when raid is over.
A mic is a must, no exceptions. (Teamspeak 3)
Raid attendance must be maintained, we do not have a schedule for
no reason, though if you are unable to attend - you must let us
know ahead of time.
Available spots
We are currently looking to recruit rDPS term positions going into
WoD, but exceptional apps are always considered.
