About Us:
Kaizen is a culture-oriented level 25 guild with a focus on raid
progression.
We take pride in genuinely enjoying playing with each other while
consistently progressing through cutting-edge raid content. As
such, it is important that applicants possess a high skill level,
but also bring a personality and attitude that is aligned with our
culture. We do enforce an 18+ age limit.
About You:
A strong understanding of your class, the ability to take direction
and constructive criticism well and being prepared for raids
(researching fight mechanics and strategies, being on time with
pots and flasks) are necessities.
Raid time is limited, so we do take it seriously.
