Dark Redemption is a semi-hardcore progression guild, without all
the useless drama and nerd rages. ( Yes, yes, "Nerd Rages" do exist
in game, but not in here ).
We expect people to know their class,the rotation too the specific
spec and if need be, know their off-spec like the back of their
hands. We understand that some people are casuals when it comes too
raiding, we aren't elitist jerks about it if you make a mistake or
two, but please at least be open too help with your
spec/class/rotation if repeated mistakes happen.
Do not rage, or complain if we do try and help you. That just shows
that you are not willing to put forth the effort to improve
yourself. This just results into maybe losing a spot in the raid
team, because if you aren't willing to improve yourself, meaning
you won't help out the raid, then why should we keep you?
Please for Pete's sake! Please, please,please research the fights,
even if it's a tiny clip or two of the encounter. This allows for
easier explaining during the boss, and much easier for you when the
battle starts. Not only will you know whats coming, you will be
able too avoid the on-coming DO NOT STAND HERE stuff on the ground.
It makes it a smoother fight, less advil for that headache from
bashing into a brick wall and more relaxed vibe for the raiding
team.
DO NOT EXPECT HANDOUTS . This above all else is a no-no. If you
expect everything to be handed too you, you have another thing
coming. Not only is this not tolerated, you will be kicked from the
Guild if you repeatedly ask for things. The items inside of the
Guild Bank is for Guild Use, and Guild Use only. It is not for your
own personal gain, or storage system, or even the holy grail of
leveling up a profession or two. Other members of the guild have
farmed,farmed and farmed their pixel butts off too gain these mats
for the better of the guild. They are used for
Flasks,Feasts,Enchantments,Gear and Gems. You should NEVER expect
these things to be your personal items. If you take something out,
and used it too cut a gem for your un-gemed gear, that's fine,
however. Taking something out and putting it up on the AH? Or even
taking butt loads of items out that aren't used for bettering the
guild or your character? Just to be used for personal gain? No.
Never. Nope. Not gonna happen.
Have fun . You do not need too worry about an elitist vibe here,
like I said, we are semi-hardcore. That just means we are relaxed
people who get enemies down, and score high on the realm ranking.
We aren't number one or anything, and we don't want too be. We just
want too see content, progress as a guild, and see people have a
good time.
