We are a 10 man guild on the Kul Tiras server, as horde. We are
casual-core environment which means we plan on completing the
current tier efficiently in a timely manner but on a much less
rigorous schedule than most progression environments. Most of us
currently have other responsibilities in our lives besides gaming
so we can't commit that 24/7 lifestyle to gaming and want to be
able to raid while also having social schedules. We picked a quiet
server to reside on to have a more intimate feel with our community
and enjoy that server competitiveness. Most of our core members
have been playing wow for over 6 years and have been on the cutting
edge of progression in multiple tiers and finishing in the top 10
us in 10 and 25 man modes. We are very interested in achieving a
regularly competitive pvp atmosphere with 3's-5's and rbg
teams.
We are all very social and friendly. Its an adult environment so it
can be foul humor at times and harassing but its all in good fun
and everyone generally gets along with everyone. We do play other
games outside wow such as League, Guild Wars 2, Dota 2,
Halo,etc.
What We Expect of our Members:
We expect members to be responsible to learn their class and be
prepared for every raid before start (all gear enchanted and gemmed
w/highest quality, any special consumable besides what we provide,
repair money); reading and watching videos on every fight we have
planned for that week. We run our raid roster on a competitive
basis; meaning the best players get into progression raids. DPS,
HPS, Survivability, Attitude, Adaptability, and Accountability all
come into play in determining who is 'best'.
While it's a 'friendly social guild' there's a fine line where you
need to be accountable and performing your best even though it's
not a extreme hardcore environment, that's the only way how this 10
man is going to work. Having a 10 man with a small roster everyone
has to be there and prepared every time we want to progress or else
we're unable to move forward. We all come from highly successful
raiding careers and we still individually play that way regardless
of guild, so you need to bring your A game every attempt.
Highly encouraged that you can play multiple classes and specs but
it isn't mandatory-- Just makes life easier trying to complete
certain encounters.
We are Always recruiting and looking for the best players out there
regardless of class/spec.
We will try to help provide everyone with consumables --Team Effort
style.
Each of us help provide for the guild bank materials on our
own.
We expect every raider to post AFK if they are going to miss a raid
for the week. Since its a small roster and a single 10 man near
100% attendance is required in order to raid.
