<Eclectic Revival> is looking for progression focused players
for Mythic raiding and Blackrock Foundry. We are a fairly new guild
with a small roster of skilled players looking for more to fill our
ranks. This is an adult guild--members should not be offended by
adult humor or cursing as these are things we occasionally do.
However, during progression we know when to joke around and when to
take things seriously. We are 7/7N and 7/7H (Highmaul) and 5/10N
(Blackrock Foundry). We are currently filling our roster for
Mythic.
Raid Times
Tuesday and Friday 6:30 to 10 ST (Central Time). Often times, other
raid days will be scheduled throughout the week for those who are
willing to show up. These are not required, of course, but members
are encouraged to attend if they're able.
Recruitment
We are currently in need of Ranged DPS and Healers. Specific
classes are as follows:
-Mage
-Boomkin
-Hunter
-Elemental Shaman
-Enhancement Shaman
-Disc Priest
-Resto Druid
Even if your class is not listed above, we will consider all
skilled applicants.
Provisions
-Guild repairs
-Feast
-Flasks/Potions
Expectations
Raiders should come prepared with their gear enchanted/socketed and
with knowledge of boss fights. You should be knowledgeable of your
class and be able to take constructive criticism when applicable.
We are always looking to improve ourselves and each other.
We would also like people who are willing to interact with the
other members. We often have all kinds of conversations in guild
chat, so don't be afraid to join in. We tease and make fun of each
other, but are never malicious. We strive to have a enjoyable
environment in and out of raids.
Loot
Loot is done by Loot Council. The raid leader will link the item,
and those who are interested will roll for it. Officers will then
discuss who should be given the piece based on these factors:
Who is it a bigger upgrade for?
Do they show up for raid often?
Do they perform to the best of their ability?
How long have they been with us? (This only applies to Trials vs
Raiders)
Who has the better tier bonus? (When rolling for tokens)
You will be bumped down in loot priority if:
You are not consistent.
You fail constantly to mechanics.
You under-perform.
During a trial run or as a new member, you should not expect to win
loot over those who are in the guild and/or are under the 'Raiders'
rank.

Applicants should have their gear ready for heroic content. You may
be brought in during progression, and are expected to put numerous
attempts at a boss.
