Who We Are
KMS is a casual raiding guild based largely in the eastern and
southern US. We attempt to maintain a family-esque environment, and
we are composed largely of real-life friends as well as some folks
we've met through our adventures on Norgannon. We strive to
maintain a solid sense of community more than anything else, but we
also try to engage somewhat challenging content despite our lax
schedule.
What We Do
Thanks to the introduction of Flexible Raids, we currently raid 3
nights per week. Two nights are generally dedicated to Flex Raids
and one to 10-man progression. Our current raid nights are Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Sunday, but this is very much subject to change due
to changes in schedules as well as more focus on 10-man raiding as
Flexible mode becomes more and more trivialized.
Who We Want
We rarely recruit, so as not to dilute the talent pool of
Norgannon. We feel that every talented, prospective raider should
be on an active raid team, as opposed to riding the bench in our
(or any other) guild. Therefore, we rarely take in new members,
unless we are looking to fill a gap in one of our crews, or unless
someone is a long-time acquaintance of our guild family.
We are very strictly 18+, with the only exceptions being children
of our charter members. The average age of a KMS member is
somewhere in the early 30s. Our age barrier exists not only to
ensure that any NC-17 discussions do not fall within earshot of
minors but also as a societal measure. Simply put, 40 year olds
have a difficult time properly fraternizing and socializing with
those 1/4 their age.

We take our application process very seriously, as it is our
highest priority to ensure that potential applicants are a fit for
our community and that we are a fit for them.
