About Divergent
We are <Divergent> a 20man mythic 3 day raiding guild located
on Ravencrest EU, a well populated, Alliance heavy, "English", PVP
server.
Some information about us for you to consider:
We raid 3 days a week: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday
19:30-23:30 CET
We are aiming for a roster of 24-25 people
We currently use a very flexible and transparent loot council.
(i.e. everyone talks to everyone and generally loot drops are
pre-agreed between individuals beforehand.) For mythic, this will
probably become a more structured loot council.
Trials should be an open conversation between us and you, so we
manage each other's expectations, some trials take longer than
others, but normally it should be pretty clear if the fit is right
pretty quickly. For our 20 man raiding, we will be looking towards
having some proper officer roles to help with organisation,
recruiting and loot, but we will strive to maintain the openness
relaxed nature of the guild.
Everyone is 20+ years old and either working or studying, and
all have been playing since at least WoTLK but most even longer. We
will occasionally consider people who are younger but we will have
to talk to you first to ensure that you fit in.

Progress on a level that is comparable to guilds who spend far
more time raiding than we do
One of the best guilds that raids 3 days (if not the best) and
ACTUALLY raids 3 days.
Opportunities when progress ends to play alt raids, do CMS and
a large number of social/friend members who really make the guild a
great place to be.
Essentially, we want to have the best results possible when raiding
whilst keeping a reasonable schedule and having an absolute blast
at the same time. This is why we have a core team of players that
have played together for several years.
What we look for from you:
You need to perform well, and when we say perform well, we mean
you constantly try to improve your play and be the among the top of
your respective class/spec. (note that performance isn't the same
thing as damage/healing meters, at least not always)
We would like that you have an alt that you play equally well
as your main character and that you also play your class'
offspec(s) well enough to be useful in heroic raids. For our 20 man
roster, this won't be quite so necessary, however it is always a
bonus.
Have the right attitude. We don't want e-heroes, or people that
moan and drag the raid down, but there's plenty of room for trash
talking and trolling each other as well as having a good time. To
ensure that you do fit into our group, we will probably chat with
you beforehand.
