The leadership of Good Game have been playing together for multiple
years and have had a successful career at not only leading end game
content but have excelled at progression and staying competitive.
While the guild itself is quite new upon Stormrage, the core group
of people within the guild have been working together since
Wrath.
We are currently recruiting skilled and dedicated individuals who
believe they have what it takes to be top of the line players. We
as a guild understand that it takes all kinds of individuals to
make a guild successful and thus we would like to encourage all
players that feel they are ready for our raid to apply. Please do
not be deterred by gear or experience when applying. We welcome not
only polished and experienced individuals but also players that
simply have not discovered their true potential.
The trial period within Good Game usually lasts about two weeks.
After the initial trial period, the management of the guild will
give you feedback on your performance. Based upon your performance
during said trial period, a decision will be made concerning
whether you will be promoted to full raider, backup raider, have
your trial period extended or being denied from the guild.
Good Game awards all loot via loot council. We distribute loot
based on many factors, including raid attendance, seniority and
previous loot received. There are also other factors, but they are
not listed here because they often change.
Our goal is to put the loot where it will best serve the guild from
a raid progression standpoint, we do not punish members for taking
items that are not their best in slot but still a fairly decent
upgrade. We place a high value on loyalty and attendance, and tend
to award the best items to individuals that have proven themselves
to be trustworthy and reliable.
