Disengaged is recruiting members for a core raid team. We currently
have about 15 full time core raiders who are reliable, but we would
like to get a roster of 20-22 people so that we can move into
mythic raiding. We would also be interested in merging a smaller
guild who is struggling to find enough members to raid consistently
into ours.
The guild was formed by a group of players that raided together
since the beginning of MOP, we began raiding as a guild after the
2014-2015 holiday break, and we are currently 7/7H highmaul. Our
raid schedule is Thurs/Sun/Mon 7:30 - 11, and we expect 80%
attendance to keep a core raider spot.
We currently need:
Healers - MW monk, Hpally or holy priest
DPS - WW Monk, Lock, Shadow priest, Druid (balance or feral), DK,
warr
We prefer people who are already 650+ and have some heroic
experience, however we are open to recruiting lower ilvls who are
willing to work on their own gear through pvp, crafting, or
purchasing gear along with getting drops in our weekly normal
runs.
We are a pretty social guild, most of our members play consistently
together on non-raid nights, chill out in mumble together, and just
generally help each other out leveling alts, doing dungeons, pvp,
or whatever else comes up. We are looking for people who like to
relax and play wow because they enjoy the game, but who view
raiding as important enough to show up prepared, enchanted and
gemmed on raid nights.
We definitely consider ourselves a casual raid guild, and we find
that Its important to have a good time while progressing through
the content. We wont yell at people when they make a mistake but
you do need to be able to take constructive criticism and move out
of the fire. Server first, or even server 10th will never be our
goal, but clearing the content before the next tier comes out
is.
Loot is done by a combination of roll, loot council, and just open
discussion in mumble. Normally when an item drops the interested
people roll, everyone asks out loud who needs it the most, and then
we figure out who gets the item. We try to spread the gear out and
be as fair as possible without spending 20 minutes discussing who
gets an item.
We do accept casual players, we like having people in guild at all
times of the day, so if you are interested in joining but don't
want to raid, that's ok too.
