Invicta is an alliance guild on the EU-Sylvanas PVP server
comprised of fun and mature people. We've recently realm
transferred from Chamber of Aspects and we're looking for people
who are serious about raid progression and have a sense of humour.
Our focus is on 20-man Mythic progression raiding.

Recruitment
We are always recruiting skilled and dedicated players. In
particular, we are currently looking for healers and ranged dps.
Recruits are brought into the guild on a trial basis in which you
will have a fair opportunity to show us what you have. This trial
period generally lasts 1 to 3 weeks, depending on how well the
recruit has been doing. During this period, we evaluate trial
raiders based on their attitude, attendance, skill level,
situational awareness, and cohesiveness with the guild as a
whole.
Raiding Schedule
The progression team raids on three days: Wednesday,
Thursday and Sunday. Raid time is from 20:30 to 00:30
server time. Raid invites start at 20:15 with trash pulls generally
beginning shortly after.

Loot Systems
We use Loot Council to distribute loot. Factors at play in loot
decisions include but are not limited to raid performance,
attendance, previous loot received and significance of upgrade.
Raider Expectations and Requirement
We expect all of our raiders to perform at a high level and we have
no patience for players who fail repeatedly to boss mechanics. If
you are not confident in your ability to play the game at a high
level, we aren't the guild for you.
Our requirements are as follows:
1. Have all of your gear appropriately gemmed and enchanted
2. Have all of your gear fully repaired before the first pull
3. Teamspeak
4. Able to maintain a minimum of 90% raid attendance.
5. Research every boss fight BEFORE stepping foot into it. Boss
strategies will be posted in our member forums.
6. We expect you to be a member of our guild, not just someone who
shows up for raids 12 hours a week and disappears the next 4 days.
We don't expect you to spend all of your time on WoW. That's not
what we are about. However, checking the guild website regularly is
required, and we would prefer you make an effort to get to know
your fellow guildies. The closer we are with each other, the better
team we will be.
