Phase Ill @ US-Thrall

Phase Ill was established in Febuary 2011, made up of talented, mature, experienced raiders from many guilds, servers and factions. We enjoy having fun on a social level as much as we are serious about focusing on progression.

We are a semi-hardcore 20 man Mythic raiding guild with a dedicated core progression team and a number of other weekly raids depending on interest. This allows us to gear our many alts, test out potential recruits, try new raid compositions and strategies, and give everyone in the guild an opportunity to raid all content on all their characters.

20 man Mythic Progression Team:

Our team is comprised of players from far back as vanilla. We are a semi-hard core raiding team who come to raids prepared and what I mean by prepared is knowing your class (min/max your gear), come to raid with knowledge of the boss fights, knowing what talents, glyphs to change out per boss fight, having researched all of this prior to coming to raid. We expect nothing less from our raiders and any player who wishes to app to Phase III to raid.

We expect our raiders to come to raid with the mentality that this is a team environment and knowing how to work as a team. Bosses do not get downed with one person on a 20 man team. This is accomplished with 25 people who have come together to raid and with the goal of downing bosses so that we can have nice things.

We expect a positive attitude when coming to raid, any negative comments need to be left at the instance door along with epeen's. I want to see what you can do and not just talk about what you can do. Actions speak louder than words as a raider. Gear does not make the player, but the person behind the character that they play and know how to play it does.

What we look for in our raiders are people who have current tier progression, along with past raiding experience not only in regular mode progression but also heroic mode progression.

We do not discourage anyone from applying to Phase III, we are always looking for exceptional players who will be a fit for our team, and have the same goal and team player attitude in mind.

Phase III requires almost 100% attendance for all Raider Rank as well as Trial Rank member, we do know that real life does happen that will take you away from raiding we ask that this be communicated via guild website, ingame mail, remote chat etc.


Phase III regularly brings in new players who demonstrate top talent. Our raid days and times are Tues/Wed/Sun, 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm Server Time (Eastern)**.
