exceptional players of all classes, as we try to increase our
rosters for Mythic Raiding. We welcome all motivated, skilled, and
experienced raiders to apply.

About the <BlackBlades> Guild:
The <BlackBlades> guild is a Mythic-oriented,
progression-focused guild that raids just three days per week, only
on the weekends.
The BlackBlades guild is a genuine raiding guild with a genuine
history of success. Our guild was founded over 10 years ago…
shortly after the release of World of Warcraft. While some of our
raiders have come and gone, our leadership and core group have
remained intact throughout the years.
Since 2005, the <BlackBlades> guild has provided a
home to motivated, exceptional raiders that have other significant
work, personal, and educational time-commitments. As such, we
choose to raid only 3 days a week.
While our raiders excel at their roles, many of us are busy adults
with careers and families, and cannot afford to spend every weekday
evening engrossed in raids. We pride ourselves on what we are able
to accomplish in 3 days a week on the weekend. Our raiders are
expected to show up on time, fully “prepared and repaired”, and
remain focused.
Because we progress rapidly on such a limited schedule, our guild
is built around maintaining a culture of excellence. We believe in
pushing ourselves hard, striving to accomplish difficult goals, and
always challenging ourselves to improve upon our skills.
We’re part of the Horde Elite on US-Silvermoon.
Who We are Seeking:
Above all, we are seeking raiders with exceptional passion and
talent. Do you love the “craft” of World of Warcraft, and strive to
get better at it? Do you do everything in your power to improve
your character, and improve upon your skills?

*25k+ DPS (Arcane/fire Mages, Warlocks, Hunters, Moonkins, Fury

What Makes Our Guild Different?
We are a Guild with a Genuine History.
We believe that being a guild over 10 years old gives us a sense of
character, grit, and substance. We are not a fly-by-night guild
that was created 2 months ago, and may not be here in 2 months from
now. We were founded in January 2005, and have remained on the
front-lines of Azeroth ever since. Together, members of the
<BlackBlades> have authoritatively conquered every
current dungeon, beginning with Molten Core. Over the past 10 years
of Warcraft, members of the <BlackBlades> have explored new
worlds, transversed continents, killed legendary kings, and carried
on the ideals of the Horde Elite… always striving to be leaders on
our server, and always proudly displaying our original name.
We Maintain a Culture of Excellence:
To wear the title of <BlackBlade> with your name,
means that you have proven yourself in the halls of raid dungeons,
and on the fields of battle. When we say our raiders are
exceptional, we mean it. Our entire raid team consists of
exceptionally skilled raiders, many of whom have extensive raid
experience with elite guilds. We believe that spots must be earned,
and we do not believe in the notion of “carrying” people. While it
may sound harsh, we are willing to replace or “bench” someone for
performance reasons. However, we strive to "bring out the best" in
our raiders, and we prefer helping someone improve over benching
someone.
We Commit to Posted Raid Times:
We respect our members’ real-life time-commitments by honoring our
posted raid times. While other guilds may sometimes raid long past
their posted raid schedules, our guild does not. Our raids begin on
time, and end on time.
We Give Each Member a Guaranteed Chance at a Raid Slot:
Every member of our raiding roster is a valuable part of the guild,
and we give them every opportunity to participate in raids. We
never invite someone to the guild purely to become a second or
third-string raider, or just to exist as a backup. As a new
recruit, you will have several opportunities to prove your skills
on boss fights, and we strive to be as welcoming as possible. If
you satisfactory meet all of our standards during the recruitment
stage, you will progress to the rank of “BlackBlade”.

countries, ages, and backgrounds, who all have their own unique
ideas and abilities. However, we all share a common goal -
excellence. We are always seeking to find talented,
passionate raiders with similar goals and a positive outlook to
