<Tactic> [10 Man Horde][U.S Thrall]
Is a semi-hardcore progression raiding guild on the Thrall
server-U.S(Formerly of Illidan,) intent on staying on the edge of
current endgame progression. Tactic was originally formed in 2011
under a different name on U.S Illidan server. It has, since then,
pushed each tier more and more effectively through building a
community within a guild and bolstering the roster whether it be
from recruits or working with players to aid in their performance
in turn aiding in the guild's progression. The guild has been under
the same leadership for almost over 3 years now. The guild has
undergone a name change as well as a server transfer landing us now
on U.S Thrall where we intend to remain and build up a home for
ourselves and like minded progression oriented raiders. Tactic is
always looking to strengthen it's roster, even more so now with
Mythic raiding somewhere around the corner. We are always on the
lookout for seasoned and exceptional players.
Raid Schedule:
Mon-Thurs 10pm-1am EST.
Sat-Sun 10pm-1am EST (Alts/Achievements-For those interested)
Loot:
Loot is handled via a Loot council system that has been in play
since the beginning of the guild. This particular system eliminates
Favoritism by rewarding players based on Attendance, performance,
biggest upgrade available, attitude and dedication/loyalty.

About You:
You should be skilled, dedicated, and willing to challenge and
better yourself under any circumstances. We're looking for someone
who's going to be in it for the long haul. If you have geared alts
and understand how to play them and can play them during progress
if needed is a huge plus. If you get offended very easily or don't
respond to criticism well, then this is not the guild for you. We
also expect that your skill will be up to par with any of our other
current raiders, and encourage competitiveness and drive to push
yourself to become more efficient and better at adapting to any
fight or any role, we're constantly striving to be the best and so
should you. Attendance is also a great quality we search for in our
raiders, we raid few hours and therefore require a minimum of 95%
attendance.
