Who is UNITY:
UNITY (founded in February of 2007) is a 25man raiding guild on Bladefist that does not push progression to the point of making raiding a chore. We raid our 4 nights, accomplish what we can in that time, and have fun doing it. So far, this attitude has been quite successful as we have remained both the longest lived and highest ranked progression level 25 man raiding guild on Bladefist for the duration of Wrath and Cataclysm. Many have fled or imploded on this realm, but we have persevered.

What is UNITY looking for:
UNITY is looking for skilled, attentive players to finish off our core of good players. We do not like to recruit for the bench, so we need to get the most out of our main raiders and are only looking for people who can be there close to 100% of the time.

Loot Distribution:
UNITY uses a DKP bid system. DKP is earned by attendance, boss kills, boss attempts, guild bank donations, etc. All loot handed out is main spec before offspec. Feasts, flasks, potions, enchant mats, orbs, etc (and repairs) are provided for members meeting attendance requirements according to availability.

Skilled and prepared candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of current needs.
