A bit about us.
Our guild was founded on 2007. Which makes us one of the oldest
guilds on this server. We're a type of guild that has fun, laid
back.. But understand come progression and raiding in general. We
put on our serious faces, and down said content.. Be it former or
current. We're also a guild that prides itself raiding just 2 days
a week during non-progression. But we tack on a day come
progression based content. Currently we raid as a 10-man guild, but
we want to get back to 25's.
Our goal is to create a tight-knit raiding team: Some of us came
from hardcore progression guilds. But we prefer to have a less
stressful experience. The idea is to have a consistent team (if
it's 10 or 25) that progresses through content and interacts well
with each other. The team will not be on the cutting edge of heroic
raid content, but the raid experience will be pleasurable and
satisfying.
What we're looking for in an applicant.
Experience is the key we're looking for. As we don't have to
carry/hand hold players thru content. As you, as a raider know what
to do and not (stand in fire etc). A good sense of humor, and not
be offended. We're also seeking raiders who are 18+ and can raid,
without giving excuse after excuse as to why you can't raid. eg:
Mommy wants me to be in bed etc. But we do understand when
emergencies arise, and please attend to them. But try and not make
it a habit. An absent raider is a non-helpful one for our
guild!
We also want apps to have an ilvl of 520 min. But that doesn't mean
we will hold to that. We will make some exemptions, based on
factors the Raid Leader seems fit. We want our raiders to hold a
80% min raid attendance. If you can't keep that percentage, then
please find another guild.
As a guild we also have PvP/Social/Friends/Family ranks. Just have
the member current for an invite for his or her friends, family
etc.. Hang out with us, social it up! But don't cause drama, or be
a trade chat troll. We pride ourselves on not being trolls.
We also provide Food/Flasks - All you have to do is bring your
pots. And trust us, we do check if ya potting or not! We also want
our raiders to adapt to the encounters. Sometimes a boss mod, will
not always be on 'time'. We won't chew you out for not picking
something up 1 or 2 times.. But when it becomes a habit, you will
get sit.
Our loot system is based on EPGP if we raid 25man's again. If we
stick to 10s then we will use the all-mighty roll system :)
