Adversity is a 2 Night a week raiding guild, we are looking for new
members to join us for WoD. Our raid times are from 8-11 Server
time Tuesday and Thursday (CST). We are aiming for mythic content
anything less and we have failed. We will be distributing loot via
Loot Council. We are looking to recruit these classes, if your
class isn't listed below please feel free to apply to our guild.
The core of our guild has been together since TBC. We have been in
top 100 US guilds, but now we have families etc and can't commit to
the 5 day a week raids. Find me in game on enormousbro or my

Rules for the guild
The recruitment phase lasts a minimum of one month.
Recruits are expected to have 100% attendance during the
recruitment phase.
If a recruit is unable to make a raid, another night will be added
to their recruitment phase. If more than two raids are missed, the
recruit will be removed from the guild or demoted to the rank of
friend.
If a recruit asks about getting promoted or complains about loot,
the recruit will be removed from the guild. Adversity is not
willing to deal with loot !@#$%s and members who cannot read that
they have a one month recruitment phase.
Recruits must come to raids prepared with flasks and pots.
Adversity will provide flasks, repairs, and enchants for players
with the rank raider or higher.
Recruits are expected to come to raids with all of their gear
appropriately gemmed and enchanted. If the recruit receives a piece
of loot, they are expected to have it gemmed and enchanted for
their next raid. If this is not done, the recruit will not receive
loot until the next raid week.
Alts
Adversity encourages its members to to play multiple characters and
would prefer that they be added to Adversity. This helps officers
keep track of the members and allows members to stay up-to-date on
guild news.
Friend
Adversity does not mind inviting close friends of members to the
guild. However, Adversity expects all members with the rank friend
to conduct themselves respectfully. This includes not spamming
guild chat and being disruptive in vent during raids. If an
opportunity arises, members may occasionally participate during
off-night raids and fill-in during a raid for a missing raider to
avoid the raid needing to pug an extra player.
Raider
Raiders are the core of Adversity. After a successful completion of
the recruitment phase, a recruit becomes a raider. Raiders are
expected to follow all of the rules described in raiding rules. It
is important to note that after multiple violations of the rules,
players with the rank of Raider will be demoted back to the rank of
recruit or friend.
