least 675ilvl, we can't use you for BRF.
Exceptions are possible, if exceedingly rare, for applicants with
stunning credentials.
Our recruitment is never closed.
That is something you want to keep in mind both from position of an
applicant and from the position of our raiders.
Our utmost priority is quality raiding. We'll never stop striving
to improve it, with one of the levels being improving roster
quality.
We enforce basic raiding requirements. Higher aptitudes are
encouraged and slowly cultivated in order to better the guild.
In candidates, we're looking for following Qualities
Raiding Basics
Character optimization, encounter preparation and knowledge,
punctuality, high attendance, adherence to guild policies
(essentially not being an asshole).
Dedication and Perseverance
Endurance to finish the tier whole and not crack halfway
through.
Commitment to excellence and quick optimization of play
Steep learning curve, low variability of play, low mistakes
repeatability.
Teamwork
No matter how excellent a player, if toxic for the rest of the
raid, we don't want you.
Experience at a halfway decent quality level of raiding
Because definitions vary, think ~250 or better world rank. If you
don't have such experience, be prepared to come to us
open-minded.
