<Exiles> is a 7-year-old progression-oriented 10-man raiding
guild on the Medivh-US server looking to recruit for WoD (where we
will become a 20-man guild for Mythic raiding.)
We are specifically looking for the following for WoD raiding:
1 HEALER - preferably a resto shaman, but any healer with a DPS OS
will be fine. NO PRIESTS.
OR
1 Hybrid DPS with a HEALER OS who would heal primarily until gear
and experience allow us to drop down to 4 healers.
-Essentially what we are looking for is a 5th healer until such a
time that we no longer need 5 healers. The ideal person must be
comfortable and happy both healing and DPSing and understands that
their role in our raids will change as the fights require. What we
DON'T want is someone who agrees to this initially but starts to
complain about it down the road. Apply for this position ONLY if
you are 100% certain that you both understand and agree with it.

We are not a casual guild in regards to what we expect from our
raiders. We are here to raid, and thus, we expect our raiders to
know their classes, what utilities they bring to raids, and what
their roles are in a raiding environment. All raiders are expected
to be gemmed, enchanted, glyphed, and reforged to maximize their
potential in raids. However, we do not require our raiders to have
"raiding professions," nor do we force our raiders to play specs
with which they are uncomfortable. While raiders are required to
carry their own flasks and/or elixirs, potions, feasts, and 300g in
daily repairs are provided by the guild, but raiders are expected
to carry their own consumables and gold - just in case.
Our raiding philosophy is "The whole is greater than the sum of its
parts." This means that the team comes before the player. If you're
in it for yourself, all else be damned, then look elsewhere. Our
group functions as a well-oiled machine and no one person is held
above anyone else.
That being said, I run a drama-free guild. If you are the cause or
catalyst of drama within my guild, I will remove you. Everyone has
bad days and everyone has things that they want to accomplish or
see happen, but we don't step on the necks of our friends to get
there. Whiners, crybabies, non-team players, and people who have a
sense of entitlement are not welcome here. Work as a team, don't be
an @sshole or an elitist jerk, and you'll fit right in with us.
Our application is located on our website - exilesguild.net. It is
short, but required. And we will also conduct a mumble interview
(this is not optional) to see how well your personality meshes with
the rest of the guild.
Mumble, a working microphone, Deadly Boss Mods or VEM, GTFO, Raid
Frames, and Omen (for non-healers) are *required* mods to raid with
us. No exceptions. Expect Weak Auras to become a required addon for
WoD. For the time being, it is highly recommended.
Adults age 21+ are preferred; 18+ is mandatory. No minors, no
children (physically, emotionally, or mentally.) We are adults, and
our guild chat, raid chat, and mumble chat reflect that.
