Raid Times:
-We raid 7-11pm Server Time Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday
-We might randomly add 30 minutes when we are extremely close to a
kill.

Loot:
-We currently use loot council and distribute loot based off
attendance, BiS/Stating, and how aggressive you are at fixing or
preventing problems.

Trial Process and what is expected:
-Our trial process last about 4-8 raid days.
-It is usually painfully obvious within 4 raid days whether or not
you will be capable of raiding with us at a mythic level.
-We keep a very fast pace for farm content and expect everyone to
have watched or read information about the current boss we are
progressing on.
-This should go without saying, but if you want to put mythic
content on farm you should not plan on this guild teaching you how
to play or fixing the majority of your mistakes.

-Recount/Skada
-DBM/Big Wigs
-Weak auras
-EPGP (We do not use this to distribute loot! Only to get a better
feel of who need/wants it.)

Guild Environment/History:
-While we do mess around A LOT we try to keep it as serious as
possible during raid times. People are active and do random CMs or
older content throughout the day and super late at night. Our
Mumble chats are next level Adult rated, seriously.
-Guild is fairly new, but has been very successful within our first
few weeks of raiding. Leadership and most core raiders have
previous hardcore raiding experience throughout each expansion and
strive to keep a stable raid environment.
