<Shattered Bloodlines>- formerly known as <Soul
Punch> of Mal'ganis is a 20 man Mythic raiding guild residing on
Mal'ganis-US Horde. We finished MoP at a full clear and plan to do
the same with Warlords.
In order to do this, we need to maintain a strong, full, and
competitive roster. Current recruitment needs will be found above,
however, if your spec is not on the list, don't be shy about
applying anyway. If you are truly an exemplary player, we will find
space for you.
Raid is from 8pm-11pm server time, T/W/Th.
This amounts to a humble 9 hours a week. Due to low hours, we
expect the time we DO spend raiding to be spent productively and
seriously. This does not mean that we have an overly strict
atmosphere, in fact, you'll probably find quite the opposite.
However, everyone is here for a reason, and that has to be
understood. If you aren't prepared to take some criticism, you'd
best look elsewhere.
We utilize a loot council system.
Trials are not eligible for loot, save for pieces that nobody else
wants. As a trial you are expected to understand by now that you
are assumed to care solely for your raid spot, which you are
fighting to maintain. You are not entitled to a slot, and you
are not entitled to loot. These things come with time and
performance.
About you:
You are punctual. You are in group by 7:50, and ready to pull
at 8. Attendance is rarely if ever an issue for you, and when it
is, you leave plenty of notice.
You are a very strong player, consistently ranking in the top
percentiles of your class and spec. You are also adept at handling
fight mechanics, recognizing that one without the other will not do
you much good.
You have a competitive spirit. If you do not always strive to
improve yourself and your results, you will be left behind for
those who do.
You understand that gear is only a means to an end.
You do not have a tendency to cause drama, and do not have too
large of an ego. If you do, you welcome the chance for someone to
humble you and bring you down a notch or two.
If your class has multiple, viable specs, you are well versed
in all of them. (Especially as a pure dps class)
If you were to be asked what traits you wanted in a guild,
you would reply with a similar list.
While we do not recruit for bench, you should come into the group
expecting to not be in for every boss. We all realize that
different encounters suit different classes, and expect you to as
well. This is the cost for maintaining a roster higher than 20, and
maintaining a group that will always be able to zone in and down
bosses every raid night.
