Guild Information
Sublime is a well established end game raiding guild with a long
history of Horde first accomplishments on Lightninghoof since 2006.
We are a group of people that have been raiding together since
vanilla performing at top raid progression on the server. Our raid
sizes have varied over the history of the game, but we have always
continued to raid. We have gained new long term guild members, see
other members move on, and see old faces return. In all that time
our guild has continued on, and with new energy we look forward to
where Warlords of Draenor takes us.
Raid Schedule
SERVER: Lightninghoof
RAID DAYS & Times: Thursday and Friday 9:00 pm - 1:00 am &
Sunday 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm CST.
Raiding Expectations
•Players are expected to attend all raids per week and post in our
Vacation/Night Off forum when they can not make a raid. We
understand that real life issues happen and we are happy to
accommodate you, as long as an officer is aware and it is posted on
our forums. If you disappear often for no apparent reason and are a
Mythic Raider, don’t expect a consistent raiding spot.
•All applicants should be near or at their ideal setup to directly
contribute to our current content. We are interested in players who
can help us raid right now. Please do not expect to join and
receive gear immediately.
•Raiders should always live up to their mistakes and learn from
them. If you can’t deal with criticism, or are unwilling to put
effort into improving your game play, please re-consider your
application. We expect you to put in 110% effort on all progression
fights. If we notice you are unable to do this, we will bring in
someone who is.
•We provide funds for repairs as well as flasks and consumables for
progression content. Along with free enchants for main spec
gear.
Loot Distribution
•Loot Council System
•There is a set priority list Loot Council uses to determine loot
distribution. In some cases loot distribution can fluctuate.
•As a general rule Loot council will prioritize DPS at the start of
a a tier, as we gear up loot council will then focus more on
evening out the average gear level of the raid. DPS is prioritized
early on to best overcome issues like enrage timers.
Ranking
•The ranks in the expansion will be: GM, Officer, CFO, Immortal,
Member, App, Guest.
•Mythic Raiders will generally be marked as Immortal. New Mythic
Raiders and Casual Raiders will be marked as Member.
•The Immortal Rank was created originally to distinguish raiders
who have had a long standing commitment to the guild, and a
positive influence. While some of the criteria for being promoted
to Immortal are based on those original concepts, the rank is now
used primarily for the separation of mythic and casual raiders for
loot council purposes.
•Mythic Raiders: 20 people; this is our core raid group for Mythic
Raids. Attendance to raids is expected to remain very high.
•Casual Raiders: Approximately 10 people; they come to Heroic raids
while acting as backups and subs for Mythic raids. Attendance for
this role will not need to be as high as Mythic. A great role for
people that need more flexible schedules!
Application Process
•Person starts out as an app in the guild for a period of 3 weeks
to a month while they are evaluated.
•During this time the player is evaluated on performance,
attendance, and compatibility with the guild.
•This evaluation process is a responsibility of all members,
primarily with compatibility, not just officers. We need to know
this person is right for the whole guild.
•After the evaluation period, member discussion, and an officer
vote the player is moved up to member. During the evaluation
process at anytime we may decide to remove the applicant from the
guild from these not working.
