About Us
FIRST IN HELL is one of the top Alliance raiding guilds on the
Mok’Nathal (PVE) server and the only 25-man guild on this server.
We are a well established guild comprised of talented friends and
family members who have experienced all aspects of the game
together for many years. Our members have a simple common goal:
successful raid progression, and having a good time doing it.
Members of FIH are knowledgeable about and focused on all aspects
of the game content, and have amassed vast experience as we have
progressed over the years.

Expectations
- If you are not 18 years old, no reason to apply. We are
not going to babysit you for mom and dad, and when we run raids
until late night, we don’t want mom and dad telling you you have to
quit for bedtime. We will make exceptions to this at times, but
don’t count on it.
- Apps are on a probationary period for the minimum of two weeks
upon joining First In Hell. This gives us the opportunity to see
how well you do in all aspects of the game. Alts are not allowed to
join the guild until after probationary period ends.
- As we are currently recruiting for MISTS OF PANDARIA, apps must
have gear and experience suitable to the content. Experience with
achievements/hard mode encounters in current (and older content,
where applicable) is a must.
- DBM and a few class-specific mods depending on your role are
required.
- Ability to attend all raid days on a regular basis, with no major
recurring conflicts.
- Ventrilo, and a working mic. Listening and speaking (at least to
convey time-sensitive raid information) are both required. If you
don’t have a mic, don’t bother applying.
- A good attitude towards raiding and other players. Members are
expected to bring their "A game" to raids every night, not take
excessive AFKs, follow instructions, and so on.
- A focus on Raid progression. As a guild we look at where we are
going and not where we have been. Although we still will work
previous areas and raids, we make that secondary to new content and
unkilled bosses, achievements, and put finished raid instances
aside to leave more time for progression. If your goal is for FIH
to gear your toon, to farm old instances or "easy mode" bosses,
this is not the guild for you.
- A sense of humor. We're un-questionably cool yet largely
uncensored. Although our comments in vent and chat are sometimes
not for the purists, we do not tolerate racial and religious slurs
of any kind. We don't care if you are Purple and have two heads,
and believe in the Easter Bunny, keep your religious and ethnic
views out of the game.
- You absolutely must know the fights. During the interview
process, you may be asked about a specific fight and what would be
expected of you in that particular fight, and in general what the
fight consists of. You fail this part, chances are you are not
ready for First in Hell.
App Process
After you submit an app on our website, we will contact you via
private email to the email address you applied with. This can take
up to 7-10 days, or 1 or 2. Depends on how we feel. Don’t whisper
us in game if we have reviewed your app. If you applied, We will
read it, and make decisions based solely on the application.
