Hello everyone,
Today i wanted to adress the expectations that we will be having
from our raiders, aswell as how the guild works.
Our guild structure is simple.
Officers
Progress Raiders
Casual Raiders
Trials
Social Members (friends and ex-raiders)
* We raid 3 times a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. Raid invites
start at 19:10 and the first pull happends at 19:30 server time.
The raid ends at 23:00 server time. All members should have a 90%
attendance.
* During progress raids we try to optimize the raid depending on
the mechanics of each boss. For farm raids we use a per-boss
rotation in order to have a better loot distribution and waste as
few items as possible.
* We don't use any DKP system, loot is handled by Lootcouncil. Gear
is not the goal but the tools necessary to help us progress, so
loot-whoring is not tolerated. Progress is above all, our main and
only focus. This is why we use lootcouncil, it is the most fair and
benefitial way of giving out loot.
Requirements for the raiding team:
- Over 18.
- Can communicate in English.
- Teamspeak + microphone.
- Dedicated to WoW, with a good knowledge of the game and your
class.
- 90% attendance of our 3-4 day raid schedule. Signing up only for
loot runs won't get you very far.
- Former raiding experience is desirable.
- Able to thrive on criticism
- Stable computer and connection that can run WoW without any
problems.
All players should strive to min-max their character and to perform
at their best in all encounters. We do not want to "nanny" players
and tell them what and how to do the basics.
So if wiping on new content was your first love, you are a punctual
person, mature both in age and attitude, highly motivated to play
World of Warcraft and have no plan in quitting in the near future
those are the people we are looking for.
All exeptional applications will be considered! So dont be
scared if you think you are good enough!
