Rise From The Ashes is a casual raiding guild where we prioritise
real life over World of Warcraft whilst maintaining a strong
raiding team that allows for a great deal of flexibility with
regard to work hours, family life as well as unforeseen
circumstances. We are trying to get back that old spirit of playing
the game and helping each other to enjoy the aspects of the game
that players have missed or want to relive. Most of our members are
above the official maturity age and have families, which, in most
cases, bring a certain level of calmness in our approach to
everything.
We have a variety of spots open in order to maintain an active and
fluid raiding team.
We expect from raiding members of our guild to have a good
knowledge of their class and be able to bring solid damage, healing
or tanking to the table to at least the same level as the rest of
the raiding team.
Raiding Days & Times
Currently under consideration for final decision. All
availabilities can be discussed.
With regard to raids, we ask that raiding members attempt to make
at least 2 per week, but not necessarily every week.
Social and Social Raider positions are also available within the
guild for people looking for a relaxed atmosphere to be a part of
who either can't raid often or are not a class we are currently
recruiting.
Realm Behaviour
* Never "ninja" an item or misuse the game to your advantage.
* Be polite to other players, treat them the same way you want to
be treated.
* Do not spam in any chat.
General Guild Rules
* Do not swear in guild chat or on the forums - some members have
kids that can read!
Trials
We are looking for:
* Players that have a lot of patience as well as determination.
* Players that don't quit when things get tough.
* Players that know how to play their class well in any situation
and not rely heavily on specs.
* Players that know what is good for the guild and not only for
themselves.
If you are allowed to join, you will be given a trial of 5 raids.
We will require you to raid with us or group with our members and
officers. We will watch your behaviour and performance upon which
we may decide to promote you to a full member or remove you from
the guild.
