Element is a progressive raiding guild looking for a few great
players to round out our core roster. We're looking for players
that are competitive and competent, but also dependable. We want to
be able to count on everyone in our roster so we can ensure
progress and maintain the fun of actually playing the game.
What we expect from you:
- You have a solid computer and a stable connection
- You are okay with wiping on new encounters to progress
- You are constantly looking for ways to improve your
performance
- You have a high raid attendance and show up on time for first
pulls
- You don't take yourself too seriously and like to have fun
What we offer:

Outside of our raid schedule, most of our players enjoy playing
other games (Starcraft, Diablo 3, Hearthstone, League of Legends,
DotA 2, etc etc.) and there's usually a few people hanging out in
our voice channels.
Schedule:
Element raids Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30-11:30 PST.
Dragonmaw is a PST server. Pulls start at 8:30 and everyone is
expected to be in raid ready to do trash at start time.

Raid spots are earned competitively and the raid comp may be
adjusted for specific fights. We do not have a bench.
