About <Ira Deorum>
We are made up of a large group of friends who all have been
playing WoW for 10 years. We have all raided previous tiers in a
casual, semi-hardcore, and hardcore settings; 2-6 nights raiding.
Quite of few of the council members and leaders of the guild have
been playing together for 2+ years. We collaborate, implement, and
succeed. Although we have previous raiding experience, we like
maintain our real lives and WoW lives in great balance, while
keeping a semi-hardcore raid focus.
Our Goals
Kill bosses and wear their purples/oranges. We don't have ANY
aspiration of being top XX guild. We just want to be ahead of the
curve, have fun while doing it, and creating stronger bonds with
our current and future friends. We are an adult guild. Average age
is 26+. We want to keep the atmosphere positive, productive, and
competitive. We take raiding seriously, just as you should.
Raiding with <Ira Deorum>
Currently the raid schedule is Wednesday and Thursday - 8pm to 11pm
EST
Alt runs will be scheduled sometime in the future.
Raider/Council Expectations:
- Showing up on time
- Performing to the best of your classes ability
- Knowing your BiS list ahead of the time
- Staying the full duration of the scheduled event
- Review your WarcraftLogs to increase your skill
- Review strategy guides for boss fights
- Collaborating with the guild to tweak strategies
Loot - EPGP with Donations - BiS > MS > OS for Heroic
and Mythic lockouts. Normal will be ML with Rolls
Trials - Two week trial period, no loot will be given to you
unless its going to be DE'd or sold. Will explain more upon
accepted interview.
