The Flying Mongeese are looking to recruit for a casual to
semi-hardcore raiding guild.
Most of us have been raiding together since Burning Crusade, if not
Vanilla. We believe that satisfying semi-hardcore progression can
be maintained by keeping raid days focused, efficient, and driven,
as well as working outside the raid individually to supplement. We
also expect a courteous and team-oriented environment.
We also understand that real life is important and are staffing our
guild with that in mind. It is important to us to allow the
occasional absence without impact on guild progress.
Tuesday/Thursdays are our current raid days, with Mondays as a
potential for makeup/extend days if necessary, though these raid
days can be open for discussion. Our times are 6-10pm ST (PST).
We are particularly looking for any with two or more roles to be
able to play both equally well.
Good players with open minds, a desire to constantly learn and
improve, but need flexible schedules and a great team culture,

While we are recruiting full-time raiders, we are also interested
in those who mostly play casually but would be able to maintain a
gear level and activity level to occasionally sub into a main raid
if needed.
