Who are Failed-Experiment?

We are a guild which has originally formed from splintered off
raiders of a previous "Mythic" raiding guild. The majority of us
are 18+ and juggling professional lives/activities outside the
game. We are predominantly focused in PVE content, with a few
members active in the PVP scene currently. All communication during
raiding is spoken in English. We use RaidCall as our voice chat
software, and will expect you to install it in order to participate
in raids. After some internal restructuring, we are eager to build
a quality raiding team of like minded individuals. We are building
positions for our mythic raiding team!

Who are we looking for?

The key word being "quality" and at Failed-Experiment, our
interpretation of what makes a high quality raider may be different
to your experiences applying to other guilds.
We value candidate who are able to demonstrate the following
personality characteristics in their applications;

What will we offer YOU

We spend a great deal of time and energy investing into our raiders
to ensure that they are capable of achieving growth as players. If
you are a player who has shied away from progression raiding in the
past, we are happy to help you build up the skills you need to
succeed in such an environment provided that you meet the
personality criteria listed above.
We will be able to offer you instruction on optimizing your user
interface configuration, incorporating useful macro's into your
gameplay as well as improving your quality of life in game with
select scripts. We also will offer you guidance on using analysis
tools such as SimulationCraft and WarcraftLogs, in order to help
you identify and understand areas of improvement.
When viewing your application we will make a judgement call based
on how we perceive your personality traits, your current game
aptitude, and your drive to improve/progress.
