About us
Volcano Legion is one of the oldest guilds on Neptulon with focus
on PvE content. We enjoy raiding and we aim for fast and steady
progress. Our normal raiding schedule consists of 5 raids per week
with Friday + Saturday being offdays. Invites start at 19:45, pull
happens at 20:00 and the raid is over at 23:30 (ST).
Current progress
So far we've cleared Naxxramas, EoE and defeated Sartharion with 3
drakes up. Our Ulduar 25 progress is 13/14 (Yogg Saron down pre
nerf - Hodir hardmode down - Thorim hardmode down - XT hardmode
down - Yogg-1 down - Freya+1 down.). TOTC 25 was cleared along with
two normal 10man groups every week. We ended 3.2 on 4/5
TOTGC25.
We are currently raiding Icecrown Citadel, with 9/12 bosses dead in
25man heroic, 11/12 bosses killed on heroic mode in 10man.

About you
We are looking for exceptional players, who are mature, highly
competitive, and analytical in their approach to the game. Proper
preparation is a must not only for the sake of progress, but also
to show respect for the other 24 players in the raid. This includes
everything from consumables and gear enchants/gems to boss tactics
and raid roles. You are also expected to fit in - if not all - most
of the requirements below:
- You are not a loot#%*#@. Simply don't bother to apply if
items are the only thing you are chasing.
- You are not afraid of wipes.
- You have an appropriate gear with all the enchants, gems, etc.
Gear is easy enough to obtain, not having good gear simply proves
you're not serious about raiding.
- You are experienced. You have completed all or most of the raid
instances currently available in WotLK. Past experience from
vanilla wow or TBC is a plus.
- You don't react negatively to criticism. We really insist on this
one.
- You have the know-how about your class.
- You are aware of your raid role and all the responsibilities that
come with it.
- You are not a slacker. Be sure that we will notice if you let
anyone else do your job. Never ever let this happen.
- You have a serious attitude towards raiding. We are a raiding
guild and this is not discussable. Be on time, do your job and
collaborate.
- You can sustain high activity. While we understand that everyone
has a personal life, is working or studying you are expected to
raid at least 3-4 days per week.
- You have good communication skills. That doesn't mean you should
spam the raid chat non-stop or yell on Ventrilo constantly. No.
This means that in raid environment if you notice something
important you should speak up, also you are expected to join the
tactics discussion, as well as ask for anything that is not clear
enough.
- You are not a drama queen.
- You have common sense. Everything else that is missing from this
list.
Keep in mind that with the dual spec feature available it is highly
recommended to have 2 viable raiding specs ready, as well as the
gear/glyphs and everything else that goes along with them.
