<Shift> is an Alliance progression guild on US-Stormrage and
is looking for competent and exceptional players to progress
through and clear all Mythic content in Warlords of Draenor. We are
currently:
Highmaul: 7/7N, 7/7H, 3/7M
Blackrock Foundry: 10/10N, 6/10H
The majority of our 20 person group consists of highly experienced
and skilled raiders, including several realm first heroic raiders,
and we know what it takes to progress through the highest level of
content provided by Blizzard at any given point in time.
We are currently looking for a high-performance healer. Come trial
with us when raid. Perform exceptionally, get a spot. No bullshit.
Perform=get a spot. We are taking any heal except holy paladins and
discipline priests.
***RAIDING HOURS***
WED: 7:00PM - 10:00PM (EST)
THU: 8:00PM - 11:00PM (EST)
SUN: 8:00PM - 11:00PM (EST)
We expect raiders to attend all raid nights. We use teamspeak.
<Shift> uses the Loot System EPGP to distribute loot. This
system allows players who attend raid nights to be awarded gear,
thus increasing the chances that gear stays within the raid group.
Compared to DKP and other loot systems, our EPGP also uses a decay
system which allows for an easier entry to getting loot for new
members.
