Cola Cult is a "soft core" raiding guild. We don't profess to be
the 'oldest' (we've only been formed since Cata dropped) or the
'bestest' (you can ask any of the haters who are jealous of us) nor
do we try to convince people that we are 'drama free' (because come
on .. drama is in a guild and anyone who says that they don't have
it is feeding you a line .. we just know how to deal with it better
than most!) .. but we're serious about progression with two serious
raid groups and an alt group running! .. we're fun, friendly, and
when drama does rear it's ugly head, we're really good about
squashing it! We may not be 'family friendly' but we definitely are
a family with active guild chat and vent going nearly all day every
day!
SO! If you're looking for a nice place to be where people aren't
cliquish, and where there are perks even for people who DON'T raid
... if you're looking for a place where the people have a sense of
humor and the guild leaders don't make you feel like crap because
you don't think the way they do .. then this is your place!

Expectation of all raiders:
*Membership on the Forum
*Be ready for invites 10 mins prior to raid and/or let the raid
leaders know if you will be late
*Be fully gemmed and enchanted as well as Min Ilvl for content
being raided
*Extensive knowledge on how to play your class as well as research
on any fights not already known
*Your own food (we generally provide feasts but sometimes we can't!
Particularly in alt raids)
*A positive attitude during raids - if you are going to be a downer
you may not be asked to stick around
**PLEASE NOTE** Raid groups are generally autonomous - the
perspective raid leads are the ones that have full and total
control of their raid groups, raid leads make the final decisions
when it comes to their raid groups. All raids are 'main groups'
with the exception of the alt groups. This means that they are all
given the same consideration in the guild!

*Racial Slurs/Sexual Orientation Slurs/Political Slurs/Religious
Slurs are a no no - we don't mind trolling, we can handle good
natured ribbing, but keep Racial Slurs/Sexual Orientation
Slurs/Political Slurs/Religious Slurs out of your comments
*Be as helpful and friendly as possible - this is not us asking you
to dump out your bank to help another guild member, but if someone
asks a question that you know the answer too, kindly respond with a
helpful attitude
*Trolling is okay as long as it's in good fun - we're not here to
babysit you, nor anyone else in the guild, just remember that karma
can be a ***
*Get off your damn high horse - if the term 'kawk' bothers you, if
you can't handle a little trolling on your behalf, if someone is
seriously standing in your spot on a pixelated game and it bothers
you ... this is not your place.
*Be willing to integrate - please don't bring your clique into our
guild! If you come in then be prepared to be part of the group! We
don't do well with an 'us vs. them' attitude!
