<We Stack Determination> is recruiting active players for
Challenge Modes and current raid content. You do not need the
strongest history of raiding or epeen greatness, just a desire to
be a part of a team, and have the ability to listen to direction
and take constructive criticism.

Requirements:
-Mumble (ventrilo equivalent with better sound quality, easy to
install. Ask if you need assistance in setup. Actively being on
Mumble is part of being in WSD)
-stable internet connection
-All equipment gemmed and enchanted - don't be lazy with your
gear
-Know your class (And show drive to improve)
-Good attendance
-Ability to take constructive criticism without excessive
!@#$%ing
-Assist guildies as much as possible
Raid times are Tuesday 7-10pm Server, Thursday 7-10pm Server, and
Sunday 6-10pm Server.
Challenge Modes are generally any non raid night when we have
viable comp online.
Loot rules will be standard and fair, ms/os rolls with officers
having the final say. MT preference in effect. If you win a piece
of gear for a certain slot and ilevel, you cannot win same ilevel
and slot above another player that has not gotten that ilevel and
slot filled.
This is a new guild led by officers that have been playing since
vanilla and bc, proficient at raid leading.
We are willing to teach anyone as long as they are willing to
learn.
