Fair Enough is a 25 man guild who has an interest in
murdering bosses while still maintaining a very fun loving
environment. We are currently 14/14H and we are still looking for
more excellent players to make our roster better. If you think you
are an exceptional player, you should apply.
We are looking for dependable players who love being a part of a
guild. That doesn't mean you have to do a lot outside of raids if
you do not wish to but I want it to shine through in a person's
play during raids that they clearly want to be here. We run a very
easy going environment in raids and the more people who are on the
ball the less overall stress for everyone. We place the highest
value on people who are mechanically aware and have an
understanding of their role within the raid.
With respect to that goal we believe that truly skilled players
know that there is always room for improvement in their own play.
That during the course of progression minor tweaks or adjustments
can and should be made to further their game. There is no room for
players with an ego that disables them from learning from their
mistakes in this guild.
We use a Loot Council system. We view loot as a means to an end,
and so we put it in capable hands with respect for the skill and
dependability of the player as well as the actual stats on the gear
if different classes are competing for an item. We will always do
our best to put loot on the player that benefits the raid most, and
that philosophy will not be compromised.
At the end of the day though our objective is to have a lot of fun
in raid. Fun is usually most easily had when murdering progression
bosses in an efficient manner. There is no yelling in this guild,
and we keep negativity to a minimum even when giving constructive
criticism. The leadership has an open door policy when it comes to
any problems someone may have and we want everyone to feel as if
they have found a home here.
We raid three nights a week, T/TH/SUN 8:30pm to 12:00am EST
