What we offer:
We pride ourselves on being a stable raiding guild. We are 8 years
old currently. We value the person behind the character along with
the skill he/she brings. We are dedicated to every player in our
guild by providing them with the opportunity to perform at their
maximum capability and ensure they are not left behind. Prime's
goal is to recruit active core raiders and provide them with a
place to call home for a year or more.

Wed, Thurs, Sun (reserved for Mythic progression), Mon
*Monday, 7:30 p.m. - 11 p.m. is designated as a light day for doing
Normal/Heroic as a guild and for those that could not run it
earlier in the week. We reserve the right to rarely use Monday for
Mythic progression if we are very close to a kill and attendance
with an optimal comp is present to achieve the kill.

We would mostly be looking at DPS with excellent attendance and
raid preparation. We are looking for someone that can have near
100% attendance. Package deals are welcome. If you are interested,

apply. Currently we are less likely to take in any more tanks,
melee, and healers.
We offer a casual rank for players that want a guild to call home
with great people, but do not have time dedicated to raiding on a
schedule. Enjoy the benefits of wearing the Prime guild tag and the
opportunity to participate in our guild activities. Also join our
off night normal raids if you have time. No application required

We are looking for players with great situational and raid
awareness, excellent encounter preparation, able to handle
mechanics consistently, can bring 100% focus every night, and a
great personality.
What we are looking for:
1. Know class well enough to be able to perform optimal DPS,
Tanking, or Healing while dealing with encounter mechanics.
2. Have an awesome personality and able to get along with others.
We are a guild that values the people behind their character.
Things can get frustrating during progress but we do not yell or
take it out on others in the raid.
3. Able to learn from mistakes quickly, yours and others.
4. Research all fights and strategies for your class.
5. Good communication. You should be able to communicate any issues
you are having with your assigned role or other things that may be
important to the success of the raid. As well communicate if you
will miss a raid or be late.
6. Good attitude toward Progression Raiding. If wiping all night
gets to you, or you do not want to put in the work to be prepared,
do not apply.
7. Someone who is looking for a stable raiding guild and want
something for the long term. We do not want someone that is only
looking for a stepping stone for gear and progress.

As a core raider, you will be expected to maintain 80% attendance
or better. All members should come prepared with optimal gems,
reforging, and enchants for your spec. Researching encounters
beforehand is required too, but also be knowledgeable on any
special strategies for your class that will maximize DPS and/or
Utility for each encounter if there are any. Falling below 80%
attendance will mean lower loot priority than those with above 80%.

Loot Distribution:
We use a modified Zero Sum DKP system that is described in the link
below. This is for Mythic only. Normal and Heroic uses a priority
roll system based on rank.
