Raid times and days: 21:00-00:00 Server time Mondays, Wednesdays
and Thursdays.
As an already established roster we are looking to fill the open
spots with experienced players looking to progress through Mythic
at a Semi-hardcore pace.

What you can expect from us:
A steady 3 day/week raiding environment with a focus on progression
when we raid.
A group before the individual mindset when it comes to loot, which
will be distributed via a loot council if we feel the piece should
go to a certain player.
(bis vs non bis or getting 4 set tier piece for instance)
For the most part the loot will be distributed with normal rolls
and general sense.
A good social side when we do not raid, having a lively guild
environment outside raiding and do other things. (CM's, pvp, other
games ..)
What we expect from you:
Attendance -Being able to attend all 3 days a week on a general
basis (Obvious exceptions are things that can happen in real life,
accidents, powercuts and so forth)
Communication - Being able to fully understand English and have
TeamSpeak 3 for raids.
Performance - Being able to handle criticism and take feedback,
whilst always performing to the best of your ability (This goes
both ways)
Come Prepared - Always have flasks / pots ready for raids (feasts
are given out) and have read up about new encounters before the
raid and understanding your role in any given fight.
An individual mindset - Being able to speak your mind about
tactics, performance or anything relevant to group progression,
especially in after-wipe discussions.
Class - Knowing your class and how to utlilize your abilities.
Experience - Have experience from past raiding.
