Recruitment:
A potential recruit has to be punctual and independent enough to
have high raid attendance. This is especially important for
progression raids. The recruit has to be competitive and always
trying to improve his or her game. We are looking for players who
want to deliver a flawless performance and aren't content with
being average. It's also a huge plus if the player isn't afraid to
talk.
We expect all of our members to have the best enchants and gems on
their gear, also if you know that you are going to replace your
current worn item, every little thing helps towards progression;
there are times when we will wipe on a boss with 1% Hp, that 1% Hp
could have been gone, if you had the best gems and enchants and of
course the right reforges.
Attendance:
We aim towards progression, so therefore we ask our raiders, to
maintain an attendance close to 95%; we do understand that sometime
life issues can catch someone, and we do respect that. We are
making attendance sheets to keep track of afk´s, being late, not
logging in, and no posts about your absence.
We Demand: That you are well aware of boss strategies, how you deal
and execute them, we will not be going through your specific role
at the various of encounters, we only go through how we will deal
with the encounters, the rest is for you to be aware of
yourself.
Personality:
Infusion are being strict when it comes to fails from people; we
understand that a person can forget something, and we are usually
cool with that, but if we see the same person fails over and over
again, on the same thing or failing time over time on various of
things, we will immediately tell you to step up your game. It is
important that you can take criticism, but it is more important
that you can let that criticism wear off again. With that being
said, we are a nice bunch of chaps here, but we do take our raiding
seriously, and we are humans, we will make a mistake here and
there, though it is important that you learn from that mistake.
Bear in mind, that anyone can have an off-day; we understand that
one day can be harder than the other, and we do support that.
Remember: It is bad to have loads of Dps and fail on simple
mechanics, but it is just as bad as staying alive, and doing no
damage at all.
Be Positive and Mature: As a part of our guild, we need you to be
positive and mature at the same time. Boss kills do not come from
negativity and childish behavior. As a guild we are here to have
fun together, both outside but also inside of the raids.
Be The Best: You must have the drive to perform three-four days a
week, we therefore demand an attendance close to 100% from all our
raiders. You shall also have the willingness to become better and
better, analyze an encounter, look up your WoL-Records on the
various of bosses, sit down and think how you can increase your
performance next time on the same encounter, should it be extra dps
or extra Hps - those are the people whom we seek to recruit.
Loot-System:
Loot-Council, Simple because of better and faster progression. The
loot council is typically a reprensentive Officer from either tank,
healer, dps WHO is talking about where the item is a better
upgrade.
It all comes down to what do we need currently for progress, is
that dps? is it healing? is it tanks getting more gear?
After that, i´d like to assign loots to people with high attendence
lets calculate abit shall we?
I´m making attendence sheets, which will be availeble for all of
you to see, i´m making them in Google-Sheets, therefor you need an
Google Account.
Lets say that an item drops, and x2 persons needs this item, then
where would it go? after taking into consideration, do we need dps,
heal, tank, if it´s say two of the same role, and both their roles
are the item´s BiS Stats, then how would we assign it?
Allow me to introduce the above Attendence sheet, guy A has 100%
Attendence, and guy B has like 82% Attendence, Then I will suggest
that the guy with 100% Attendence gets the item, cause that way we
do reward people who is there for each raid, each progress, each
wipefest.
My idea of a lootcouncil would be this way:
Loot-System Main Raider Vs Trial: ´
Main raiders have priority on gear over any trials, you may still
need on items as trial of course, and so you are advised to.
Trials got Priority on Main-spec gear, over Raiders who needs the
gear for their Off-spec.
Raiders got Priority on Off-spec gear, over trials who needs the
gear for Off-spec.
Off-Spec:
Off-Spec Items will usually have a gold Price or Temporal Crystal
as per item, the price depends on the cost of a disenchanted
item-material, the gold will go to the guild bank for repairs. We
will prioritize off-spec items to people we know for certain is
going to use their off-spec.
The People that we have decided in the officer team, WHO is going
to use their off-spec and can handle that, will recieve the item
for free, others must pay a shard to the GB.
An example to support this: A retribution paladin, willing and
capable of healing/tanking, and we know for sure that he or she can
perform with multiple specs, all for the matter of keeping a
sustained progress up.
That is my way of a working loot-council.
Raid schedule:
Wednesday 19:30-23:00 Server time.
Thursday 19:30-23:00 Server time.
Sunday 19:30-23:00 Server time.
4th raid day = Alt raid (optional, not required to participate, day
is either Monday or Tuesday)
Raid invites starts 15 Minutes. Prior to raid start time. It is
expected that anyone who can be on at invites start will be outside
the raid instance with consumables: flasks, potions, food etc. for
both their Main-spec and Off-spec.
During the raid, players are not allowed to go afk unless one of
the officers has given a permission.
Expectations:
Our best members are passionate about their classes and roles. They
are constantly looking for ways to improve, take constructive
criticism objectively, and always consider the guild's priorities
over their own personal glory. They are able to adapt to random
situations they may encounter and have no issues with being aware
of their surroundings.
We encourage an environment of overall skilled play including
maintenance of alts for scheduled alt raids. By effectively
organizing and utilizing our alts, we are able to accomplish our
goals, such as expedited mount and legendary farming for every
guild member.
If you think you have the talent and attitude to belong in a stable
progression-focused guild, we would love to see an application from
you. Any questions related to recruitment can be directed to any of
the officers in the guild, or by a PM to any of the officers on the
website.
* Have as close as possible 95% attendance.
* Have full knowledge of your class, inside and out, in all
specs.
* Be ready to raid 3 days a week, every week, every month, until we
have the content on farm.
* Be ready to participate in PTR Raiding, the more we have from our
current roster, the better we will be doing in the next
patch/tier.
* Be vocal - with that being said, you need not to be afraid of
talking or communicating with other players in the guild.
Communication is key to progress.
* Be social & active. We don't want raid loggers, other than
that, be active on our guild site as well.
* You must bear a positive attitude not only inside the guild, but
outside the guild as well. Remember you wear our guild name,
therefore we demand of you to be polite and positive towards
everyone on the server. We know some people can be a pain in the
***, put them on ignore, and let an officer know, if any incident
happened.
* We will not tolerate any form for botting, cheating, scamming,
abusive language.
Should you have any questions then do not hesitate to ask any of
the officers in-game.
