We currently raid Tues/Wed/Thurs 6:30-10:30pm ST.
Here is the Mind Trip recruiting spiel
What you get:
No carries - your guildies are people who play hard, min/max and
push to learn their jobs and do them well.
No quitters - we push to get the job done and we don't quit until
quitting time.
No drama - we are absolutely zero tolerance on any kind of friction
in guild, and it is ended as fast as we find it.
No juvenile bullshit - our ages range from 16 to 50s, but all of
our members behave like their Mama taught them some manners (most
of the time).
Weekly raids on time - whether you're in the raid team or the core
(mythic) raid team, you will see content on time each week. We only
raid 2 nights a week and we don't waste time on people who don't
show up.
A fair loot system - we use EPGP to ensure that there is no bias
and no unfairness in loot distribution.
An active guild - we are a weekend guild, true, but the majority of
us are online daily, running things together, laughing and talking
in vent, and helping each other.
A family - we're all friends here, and we take care of each
other
.
What we want from you:
Look at the points above. That's what we're looking for in
recruits.
Raiders are expected to get Proving Grounds Gold achieves in both
main and off specs.
Core raiders are expected to get Proving Grounds Endless 20 waves
in their mainspec and eventually in their offspec. Yes, proving
grounds suck. Yes they are hard, yes they require you to do
ludicrous things to make the situation work - all those attributes
are required from serious raiders clearing progression content. We
want to see that you can learn a fight, play your whole class (yes
healers, including interrupting, stunning, and using other skills
to mitigate damage). We want to see that you can push yourself to
wipe over and over again and keep on going. And we know, from
experience, that everyone who emerges at the end is a better player
for it.There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Raiders are expected to push for 100% performance at all times. We
have no respect for people who don't at least try to be good.
Don't cause drama or friction of any kind. Be someone we enjoy
playing the game with, don't come in here bragging about yourself
or putting down other people. No one is any better than anyone else
in this guild.
Show up for raids - be AT the instance ready to roll, repaired with
all your consumables.
When you're in game, be active with the guild. Get in vent, be part
of the team, get to know people. You'll have more fun that way, and
so will we.
Remember that we take care of each other, we're a community and we
all donate time, mats, and any help we can give to each other. Be
part of that.
If you're still here and still interested, please apply.
