General info:
The increment has a long history of being a stable and social
active guild. The policy is that the guild comes first then the
members. This is what has kept us going for so long and this will
continue to be the policy.
We joke around and talk about the old days and have a daily quiz
now and then, just remember that during raiding this stuff doesn’t
happen. When you are inside the guild you will represent the guild
towards the server, meaning that your actions will have result on
the guilds reputation. We as a guild expect you to be polite and
friendly towards other players, our guild reputation is more
important than a single member.
Raiding and loot:
Our raid times are from 20:00 until 23:00, on Wednesday, Thursday,
Sunday and Monday. We expect people to be ready for raid invites 15
minutes before start and be at the instance at 20:00.
We will try to get as many members inside the raids as we can and
each person will get his chance, we recruit for our core team, we
don’t recruit for the bench. Rotating members on certain fights
will happen.
Our voice communication is done through Ventrilo, we prefer people
who aren’t afraid to speak. We expect you to have a microphone
available and are willing to listen to the instructions the raid
leader is giving. The language we use will be English and this will
also count on the forum and in game chat.
At the moment we use EPGP as loot system, EP you will gain by being
online during raids and available the entire time. GP will be added
if you get any piece of loot.
Dividing EP by GP gives you a PR which is the ranking we use to
distribute the loot.
