**CURRENTLY HAVE AN IMMEDIATE HEALING POSITION
OPEN**
Our Raid
We raid from 8pm EST until 12am EST on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
during progression. As with everyone else, those times shorten up
when things become complete farm status but other things usually
still go on those days when it is farm time if you just like doing
stuff (I do). We have a 10 minute break half way through the raid
and very, very rarely go over our end time. If we do go over it's
usually just a pull that happened to carry past 12.
What we are looking for
We have opened our doors and made the transition to 20 man and we
are continuing to strengthen our roster; we will not dismiss anyone
simply because of their class or role as long as they are
proficient at it. We look for people of high skill and dedication
who are considerate of other people, understand progression raiding
and are willing to put in the effort to move up in the ranks. Being
able to play multiple classes/specs effectively is a HUGE plus as
it will make both the transition and progression easier.
What you can expect of us
-A guild which understands that a video game does not meet all of
your needs and that your life comes first, that is important. We
want people who can commit to raiding on our schedule but we
understand that unforeseen things come up and try our best to
accommodate that.
-A place that likes to have fun and knows how to joke around.
-Awesome people that are more than just people you raid with
(hopefully). We have a diverse group of people who are very social,
take advantage of that.
-A casual/laid back environment overall that still enjoys
participating in the hardest endgame World of Warcraft has to
offer.
What we expect of you
We're pretty laid back but we have a few things we require of
people who may be interested in joining:
-First thing is we want people who WANT to raid, not people who
raid because there's "nothing else to do". Our raid group loves
raiding and loves progression so if you don't enjoy it our guild
probably won't work out for you.
-Take raids seriously while still understanding how to have a good
time. Yes, we want to kill bosses efficiently but we don't want to
be 100% super serious ALL the time. Understand when it's time to
focus up and when it's time to crack a joke.
-Be respectful of other people's time. We understand that not
everyone has 100% attendance, some nights raiding just isn't
possible, people have jobs and families and children. That being
said, if you're running late or can't make a raid, communicate that
to us so we aren't waiting around wondering and wasting the time of
9 other people.
-Have a high level of understanding for your class AND raid
mechanics and know how to adapt to things on the fly, these are
huge bonus' (and expectations) while raiding.
-Understand that a guild is far more than a place that simply feeds
you raid gear. If that's all you're looking for, you're going to
have a bad time.
