UE is a 20man raiding guild on Lightbringer EU, and was
founded at the beginning of Cataclysm. We would class ourselves as
a semi-hardcore progression-focused raiding guild, with the intent
to clear content at a fairly quick pace. However, at the same time
we would also consider ourselves a very social guild with a strong
community, and anyone without a good sense of humour is advised to
stop reading now.

*It is also worth noting, we do NOT support cross-realm trial
periods. All trials must transfer to Lightbringer.

Guild Requirements
Reliable. All of our raiders must be able to provide
100% attendance in a typical raiding week. Our raiding schedule is
listed above.
Skill. All of our raiders must be able to demonstrate
full knowledge and capability of their class. This includes being
able to play Off-Spec's if required.
Awareness. All of our raiders must be able to be in the
right position at the right time, and be able to see an ability to
react quickly enough to avoid taking unnecessary damage.
Tactics. We expect all of our raiders to turn up to
Progression Bosses having done as much research about the encounter
as possible.
Respect. We expect all of our raiders to respect the
other 24 players in the raid, and therefore make sure you turn up
to raids on-time, prepared, and be able to stay for the full
duration of the raid.
Humour. Applicants must have a strong sense of humour to
be able to fit into 'UE' comfortably.
Communication. Access to Teamspeak is mandatory. A
working microphone is not required, but is generally expected of
our raiders.

What you can expect from UE
Organised & structured raiding.
Fair loot distribution. We use a loot council based on a
priority system that varies depending on our current needs. All
raiders are made fully aware of the current priority system.
A fair trialling system. We give all of our trials at least a 3
week period to prove themselves to us. Trials can expect to have a
higher raid spot priority on farm bosses, however, it is also worth
noting that trials have no priority on any loot.
Progression raid spots are based on performance and
reliability. Farm boss raid spots will prioritize players that
still need loot from a particular boss.
A fun atmosphere with a serious raiding environment.
