Who we are: We are a large, well organized, social guild of
highly skilled and active players with a common bond of respect,
honor, and excellence. Our guild has several very strong
semi-hardcore 10-man raiding teams and a sizable population of
players that enjoy PVP and casual gameplay.
We strive to progress in the current content raid tier. We have
selected a PVP Champion and are in the process of putting together
a Rated Battlegrounds Team
Our mission: To provide a respectful, supportive, and
activity rich environment for our members. To encourage and help
our members to improve their game play; and have fun while doing
it. We strongly desire to be the best guild on our realm in all
areas while maintaining our core principles of honor, respect and
integrity for our guild and teammates.
What do The Bloodwing Knights expect from their players?
Attendance:
Our raiding schedule is Wednesday and Thursday, 20:00-22:30CST.
During progression, we often put together a third raid night on
Monday, 8:00 server time. Any of these three raid nights can be
extended if we are progressing on a boss encounter.
Attendance is expected for our progression raids. If you
consistently miss raids, you risk forfeiting your position on our
raid teams. Once current content is cleared we usually revert back
to the Wed./Th raid schedule, ending promptly at 22:30CST.
Dedication: A positive attitude is a must, especially
when it comes to progress raiding. You should be prepared to do
everything it takes to maximize your characters effectiveness on
the encounter(s). This includes:
- Weekly Valor Cap
- Professions which benefit your character
- Understand basics of the boss encounters. Strategy will be
reviewed by our raid leader before the pull, however you should
have an idea of the fight mechanics prior to the raid.
- Offer feedback in regards to the encounter via Mumble, in-game,
or on our website's private forums.
- You must be mature and able to handle any criticism directed your
way.
- Though not required, is it beneficial to have a raid ready alt
available, or an off-spec for your main toon.
Communication: World of Warcraft is a team game.
Communication during a raid encounter can be the difference between
a wipe and a kill. We use Mumble during raids, unless another voice
chat program has been agreed upon.
We are looking for experienced players for our raid teams. Please
