<Sleepless Nights> is a 10man raiding guild on
Arthas-US. We are a new guild formed down to 10 players to
achieve 7/7 HM status moving into Dragon Soul in 4.3, we have
members who are as high as 4/7 HM & 13/13 and a few who are
slightly below. We are looking to create a well balanced 10 man and
progress through this content quickly, and aim at server firsts for
Dragon Soul.
All progression is done in 10 man mode, and on a relaxed 3 day
schedule. While this particular attitude doesn't normally get you
server firsts, we try to make it that way, hard work in shorter
times so people can enjoy their lives a little more outside of wow
and not feel like it's a 2nd full time job. We stay focused on end
game content, while pvp and many other achievements and raids are
completed on off nights.

We are players who have been around since the beginning, been
through MC/BWL/AQ40/NAXX 40 Progression, all the way through BC,
achieving as high as M'uru pre nerfs, and people who took part in
top 200 Kill on H:Lich King. We are looking to create this new 10
man and get the same experience through raiding in Dragon Soul and
the rest of Firelands.
Expectations:
<Sleepless Nights> is a progression raiding guild, therefore
we expect all recruits and raiders to have a progression mindset.
Recruits should be ~380 avg ILVL. Recruits should have enough
knowledge of their class, including off-specs especially if they
are a tank or healer, to maximize your DPS, Healing, or TPS at all
times. Recruits should be able to maintain 100% raid attendance
throughout their trial period. Most importantly, recruits should
have exceptional raid awareness and fight knowledge before facing
each boss. Finally, all recruits are required to submit a parse
(WMO/WOL) on their application.
