Absolution is a friendly, international multi-gaming guild that has
been in existence since 2006. Primarily we have existed as a World
of Warcraft guild on the EU-RP server Argent Dawn. We regularly
play games together like Team Fortress 2 and Minecraft as well. We
have a very active forum and website, as well as our Mumble server,
which many of us use on a daily basis to game together or just to
chat. Our guild is run by a group of officers, each dedicated to
supporting players in each particular game. The majority of our
community hail from Britain, Norway and Sweden, but we have members
from all over Europe and welcome all applicants looking to play on
a European timeslot.
Absolution in World of Warcraft
We've been on AD since 2006 and will soon be celebrating our 9th
birthday As in other games, we're focused on creating a fun and
friendly environment to enjoy the game together, not to mention
annihilating our enemies with big fiery explosions or stabbing them
with the pointy end of a sword. We offer later raiding slots - 2200
server during the week and 2100 on weekends - for those people who
have work commitments, family commitments, etc. that make it harder
for them to get on and raid at an earlier time. We're currently
raiding on Wednesdays & Sundays but would like to open up
another set of raid days for those unable to make our current days.
We're currently working our way through Heroic Highmaul and normal
Blackrock.
For our Wednesday/Sunday group we're looking mostly for ranged DPS
and healers but we're equally happy to just discuss social
positions in the guild or people who want to work with us to build
a second raid team.
