Currently looking for:

-1-2 rdps (hunters/ele preferred)
Although we were not the best on Hyjal, we were late to the game in
a few senses. We're not looking to rank world first by any stretch,
but we are hoping to improve how much we can get down in one tier
(so far, t14 was 7/16 normal, tier 15 was 1/13 heroic with Lei Shen
down on normal, and t16 we managed 9/14 heroic and then stopped
raiding back in July). We didn't do any mythic SoO after 6.0
dropped.
We'll be raiding Tuesday and Wednesday at 7PM server (PST).

The group tends to be very crude in humor so we do ask that you be
mature about what we talk about. If you're easily offended, I
highly suggest looking elsewhere. That being said, we don't put up
with any type of bigotry. There's a difference between being vulgar
and dirty vs an asshole. We're the former.
Raiders must go through an interview process before their trial
begins, which includes some generic background questions of your
in-game experience and then going over the expectations we have as
officers for our raiders. The trial lasts 3 weeks worth of raiding
(6 raid nights). We'll be looking for the following during that
time:
-your ability to follow directions
-engage with the rest of the team positively
-hold your own in the group
-and your ability to survive and deal with mechanics
During this trial period, you'll need to join the guild and will be
treated similarly to a fill-in for our loot system.
Priority: full time raiders > fill-ins/tryouts > pugs
Gear distribution: biggest upgrade (based by slot) > side
upgrade/round robin > offspec > disenchant
