About Us:
Wyrmcult is a relatively new, high-end, PvE guild based on
Lightbringer-US.
We came into fruition as a 10 man guild just before Trial of the
Crusader launched, With the launch of Cataclysm we made the
decision to push for real progression struggling until Firelands to
find enough good raiders to push heroics. We ended up finishing
Fireland in the top 20 on server. We went on to full clear dragon
soul achieving some server first achievements and finishing Dragon
Soul 7th on server before taking a break from World of Warcraft for
most of Mists of Pandaria.
We're looking forward to reaching new heights coming into Warlords
of Draenor.
The farm schedule is Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00PM to 10:00PM PST. We
add Sunday and Monday, at the same hours, while during
progression.
Mumble is required
What we offer:
The main reason you should choose Wyrmcult over a different guild
(outside of progression) is our enthusiasm. We believe that
Wyrmcult's best days are ahead of us rather than behind. This is
because many of our raiders are veterans to World of Warcraft and
hardcore raiding. Wrath of the Lich king is our leadership core's
first foray as a serious guild, and we plan on raiding together for
many more tiers to come. If you join Wyrmcult you won't have to
worry about us calling it quits this tier or the tier after because
many of us still enjoy this game thoroughly.
So, if you're a raider in their prime searching for like-minded
individuals or a veteran looking for a new environment where the
players are still passionate about the game then Wyrmcult maybe the
place for you.
Our Expectations:
All members are expected to raid on a consistent basis. PTR and
Beta testing are mandatory (as your schedule allows). Alts are
welcomed but not required, we tend to stack and min-max our lineup
based on the encounter. Players are rotated; we try to keep
favoritism somewhat low and offer everyone a shot. However, we
won't trade raid strength for fair rotation on a difficult
progression boss, stronger players will be preferred. We use loot
council for loot distribution. The guild also covers repair costs,
funds gems, enchants and consumables for members.
Recruitment:
A potential recruit has to be punctual and independent enough to
have high raid attendance. This is especially important for
progression raids. The recruit has to be competitive and always
trying to improve his or her game. We are looking for players who
want to deliver flawless performance and aren't content with being
average. It's also a huge plus if the player isn't afraid to talk
and bring his own ideas into the fight and can grasp the whole
picture.
