Like many people who have a family but still like to slay a dragon
or two, I can’t dedicate time until the little ones are down for
the night. Maybe you don’t have kids but get off of work late.
Whatever the case might be, if you are looking for a late start
guild I hope that you consider Cønflict.
What I expect:
Be prepared! - To me that means be on time with
flasks/pots/food/coins all ready to go. Be in the raid ready to
pull by 10:35pm server. Because I am not going to run a hard core
progression guild that raids for 3+ days a week for 10+ hours we
can’t afford to lose out on the raiding time we do have. Part of
being prepared is reading up/watching videos on new encounters so
that we don’t have to waste more time than necessary going over
strats.
Have the right mind frame! - I am not perfect, nor is anyone else.
I will watch videos and lead the best I can but am more than happy
to hear other strats people have done or want to try. I will do my
best to keep the raid focused without talking down or bashing
people and would expect others to do the same. That being said, we
also won’t carry people who aren’t pulling their weight with strats
/ performance. Because we won’t be hardcore time wise we need to
learn from mistakes to progress during the time we are on.
