We are a semi-hardcore raid guild created by a group of experienced
players. Our aim is to recruit some additional experienced but
above all committed raiders and clear end-game Heroic/Mythic
content in Warlords of Draenor.
We think that a clear approach is the best approach. Therefore
below our intentions and expectations. Hopefully you are the person
that is willing to strengthen our raid team.

--- What do we need? ---
We are currently looking for more experienced raiders to complete
our Mythic raid-team. At the moment we are actively looking for DPS
as listed in our recruitment list.
--- What do we offer? ---
Solid Raiding
We offer a stable raid environment with experienced and mature
raiders who share the same mindset of Heroic/Mythic raiding. The
team is fully committed to progress in Heroic/Mythic raids.
A solid and committed group.
The core group of raiders have been actively raiding together for a
long time. We share the same vision of raiding and we know each
other's strengths and weaknesses. This results in high attendance
and raid effectiveness. A canceled raid is extremely rare.
Guild activity.
A lot of our players are active in challenge modes, are hunting
down achievements or are raiding with their alts. Feel free to sign
up for any the events, or create one of your own.
Work hard play hard!
Before and after raids we usually hang around on our Teamspeak
server to talk about all sorts of things. We value the social
aspect of the game. After all, good communication is the start of
any success.
--- What do we expect? ---
Commitment and raid attendance.
These are the two main focus points of guild and raid group. We
expect a minimal raid attendance of two days a week and a proper
raid preparation.
Be a team player!
We are as strong as our weakest link. Help other players by giving
them tips and listen to other players when they are trying to help
you. A healthy discussion will improve the raids performance.
Our loot system is also based towards the team and not the player.
So don't worry if you didn't receive any gear this raid, you won't
be left behind.
Communication.
Real life issue's happen and we value them far more important then
a game. But if you are unable to make it to a raid on short notice.
Let us know! There are a lot of ways to communicate and we believe
you have the responsibility towards 19 other players to leave some
sort of a message so we can get a replacement on time and let the
raid continue.
--- When do we raid? ---
Since some of us have children, a busy job or are studying we only
raid two days a week. Sometimes we schedule a extra raid day. This
happens usually when there is a release of new content, but only
when the group agrees on it. It's a team effort!
